Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

Unless specifically noted, any product can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and have its original packaging.
You may choose to receive a store credit or get a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs will not be credited. Customer should pay return shipping fee if they are not satisfied with their order.
Our return policy is valid for all products on Pretty Linen website. Follow the Return Process below to send back the used packaging and unused product.
How To Return Your Product:
If you are the original purchaser, start your return process by emailing us your order number and reason of return to email@example.com You will receive an email with your unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to send the product back. Without the RMA number, returns will not be accepted. Note: Customer should cover returns shipping cost by themselves.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved and:
• If you asked for a store credit, you will receive an email with a code with value of your return.
• If you asked for a refund of your original form of payment, it may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
If you have just made a purchase and want to cancel an item or change the size or address of item, you have 24 hours to let us know about cancellation and we will process cancellation and refund immediately. Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours after purchase has lapsed.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please email us letting us know what is wrong with your good. We will ship you correct item for free.
Ordered a wrong size? No need to go through refund process and send us items back. We have very easy and fortunate exchange policy. Please email us what items you would like to exchange firstname.lastname@example.org
Good news! You will not need to return the wrong exchanged item. You will be offered 70% discount on the new models or sizes chosen.
